“5 Elements of Hip-Hop”
The newest and hottest teen program to hit the county in years…Hip-Hop Help brings you “The 5 Elements of Hip-Hop” teen program. Hip-Hop is more than the 8 songs they play on the radio… Hip-Hop Help teams up with one of the best instructors of hip-hop dance to create a new teem program that showcases 1 of the 5 elements of hip-hop which is breakdance.Teens and kids ages 8-17 can sign up and take part in a free 6 week course in which our instructor Ronald “Paach” Andrade will teach the teens dance moves and put together a dance routine that will be showcased to the public at the end of the workshop. The I BELONG PROGAM course is designed to improve the ability of youths to describe their goals/objectives and find ways to achieve them. It teaches writing skills and building knowledge to succeed in school and personal lives. This program is highly interactive and designed to promote personal development for teen youth. This program will help youth navigate the challenges of being a teen and prepare them for the transition to youth adult in the workforce or college. Particular emphasis is put on verbal communication and preparation for verbal communication. Teaching methods include reading assignments, lecture, classroom discussion, and simulation exercises.A high emphasis is placed on participation in simulation exercises with subsequent coaching and feedback by both the instructor as well as fellow classmates.
